Slaughter to Prevail frontman and bare knuckle fighter Alex Terrible will make his BKFC debut at the inaugural Blood4Blood event on 6 May in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Blood4Blood is a unique event created by Alex Terrible. The event combines the savagery and spectacle of bare knuckle fighting with the energy and adrenaline of heavy metal music.
Blood4Blood will include four bare knuckle fighting matches and live musical performances by Slaughter to Prevail, Black Label Society, Crowbar and Malevolence.
Terrible will not only face Cameron Delano in the main event at Blood4Blood. He’ll also perform with Slaughter to Prevail as the musical headliner for the event.
Blood4Blood, which takes place at Daytona Beach’s Ocean Center, will kick off the Welcome to Rockville music festival, which takes place between 7 and 10 May at the Daytona International Speedway.
“It is a big honour for me to finally bring Blood4Blood to life,” said Terrible.
“From the beginning I wanted to create something that shows who I really am. Fighting and heavy music have always been my world, my passion, my lifestyle,” he said.
“To have the first Blood4Blood hosted by the biggest bare-knuckle promotion in the world and to work with the biggest live promoter in North America to build this event with me means a lot.”

BKFC: New Collaboration with Alex Terrible and Danny Wimmer Presents
Blood4Blood is a new collaboration between BKFC, Terrible, and Danny Wimmer Presents, referred to as “The Largest Independent Producer of Destination Music Festivals in America”.
Thousands of heavy music fans will experience the intensity of bare knuckle fighting for the first time.

“They both share our vision for BKFC and this will be a groundbreaking event for bare-knuckle and hard rock music fans heading into the Welcome To Rockville festival.”
Terrible will be fighting bare knuckle for the third time. The Russia-born musician, real name Aleksandr Shikolai, has competed twice without gloves in his native country.
He won his debut at RCC Hard 12 in January 2025 before losing a decision in his second bout at Top Dog 37 last July.
Opponent Delano brings a 1-0 record to the dance. The Fort Worth, Texas resident stopped Jesse Desrosier in his BKFC debut last June.
Delano expects a toe-to-toe battle.
