BKB Bare Knuckle held its first event of 2026 Friday in Biloxi, Mississippi. The event was the first in a new series collaboration between BKB Bare Knuckle and Bally’s, with viewers able to see the impact and volume of fighter punches, measured by “advanced sensors” in the fighters’ handwraps.
In the main event, Monica Medina (3-4) defeated Monica Franco (1-2) in a women’s lightweight bout. Medina said it’s her last bare knuckle fight, and she went out strong with a unanimous decision win before the hometown crowd.
Veteran contenders Martin Brown and Bobby Taylor collided in the co-main event. Brown (5-2) prevailed by fifth-round TKO in the super middleweight bout, chosen as “Fight of the Night”. Taylor slips to 6-4.

Tommy Turner improved to 3-3 with a first-round stoppage over Nathan Mitchell (0-5) in a super middleweight bout. Turner won the bout in just 32 seconds.

Ladies combat sports veteran Andy Nguyen improved her bare knuckle record to 3-2. Nguyen won a unanimous decision over Cristina Crist (1-3).

Eduardo Perez defeated Ukraine’s Ihor Blazhenko (2-1) in a junior middleweight bout. Perez knocked Blazhenko down in both rounds one and two en route to a second-round TKO win.

Super heavyweights Terrell Ursery (1-0) and Nate Roberts (1-1) battled it out. Ursery won by TKO in the second round.

Super welterweight newcomer Jeff Denton (1-0) stopped veteran Christoper Gonzalez (2-5) in the first round of a super welterweight matchup. Denton’s stoppage was chosen “Knockout of the Night”.
