Former boxing champion James DeGale is favoured to defeat Matty Floyd in his BKFC debut.
“Chunky” is listed at 1.40 (-250) over Australia’s Floyd (+170) by NetBet.
Floyd, an active pro boxer, also makes his BKFC debut.
Degale, 39, is fighting for the first time in over 6 years. He hung up the gloves after a decision loss to Chris Eubank Jr in 2019. The 36-year-old Floyd is 15-2 as a pro boxer but lost a four-round decision to then 5-1 Jack Gregory in June.
Chalmers Favoured in “Battle of Reality TV Stars”
The BKFC 81 co-feature is between two fighters best known for their reality show appearances.
“Geordie Shore” alumni Aaron Chalmers (1-0) takes on debuting Jack Fincham, a Love Island season four winner.
Chalmers impressively stopped Chasa Symonds in his BKFC debut in April. He previously competed in MMA and has also fought in pro and influencer boxing.
Fincham hasn’t competed professionally, but has competed as an amateur and been boxing for years.
Chalmers is favoured at 1.36 (-277) to best Fincham (2.87, +187).
In the BKFC 81 Featured Fight, Navid Mansouri is the bookmaker’s pick to beat Jonny Graham.
