Watch: Acheson Remains Unbeaten With KO Victory

BKFC veteran Bryant Acheson improved to 5-0 with a stoppage win over Jared Torgeson. The heavyweight bare knuckle bout was part of the recent Fusion Fight League event in Billings, Montana.

Acheson is currently the second-ranked BKFC cruiserweight contender. The reigning BKFC cruiserweight champion is Alessio Sakara, who defeated Chris Camozzi for the title at BKFC Rome last October. Camozzi, who lost a close decision to Sakara, is the number one ranked contender.

Torgeson, a 45-fight MMA veteran, made his pro debut. He gave a game effort against the hard-hitting Acheson, who’s stopped four of five opponents. Only Joseph Creer has lasted the five round distance with Acheson.

Acheson mentioned fighting for the world title in his postfight interview. Here’s hoping the 41-year-old gets a chance at a title soon.
