The Indigo room at London’s o2 Arena was BKB’s home base for years. Former BKB champion Jimmy Sweeney often headlined the cards.
After BKB was acquired by the American promotion BYB, BKB expanded its events to different parts of the UK. Since the merger, BKB has held events in Cardiff, Bristol, Bolton and Wolverhampton.
BKB Returning to Cardiff
Cardiff will be the next UK stop for BKB after the 18 October Leeds event, headlined by former boxing champ Paulie Malignaggi against Tyler Goodjohn.
It’s the fourth time for BKB in the Welsh capital. Headlining the 5 December card is local lad Liam “Rocky” Rees. Rees (5-0, 3 KOs) defends the BKB Super Welterweight Title against top-ranked challenger Rolando Dy (4-1, 4 KOs). Bare Knuckle Heroes interviewed Rees last year in case you missed it.
