Weights are in from the Coachella Valley in southern California for BKFC 89. BKFC 89 takes place tonight at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California. The main card begins at 7pm local Calfornia time, which is 10pm on the east coast and 3am Saturday here in the UK. The event streams exclusively on DAZN.
Former boxing world champion Jamel Herring weighed in at a fit and ready 133.6 lbs, 1.4 pounds under the limit for his championship showdown with Michael Larrimore. The two collide for the vacant BKFC bantamweight title. Larrimore weighed in right at the 135 lb limit.
If Herring prevails this evening, he’ll join Austin “No Doubt” Trout as the second man to win professional boxing and pro bare knuckle titles in the modern bare knuckle era.

Former title challenger Jomi Escoboza weighed in at 184.6 pounds for his light heavyweight showdown with California’s Cory Vidal. Vidal weighed in a tad lighter at 184.2 lbs.
