Slaughter to Prevail singer and bare knuckle fighter Alex Terrible says he’ll “be back stronger” after a disappointing loss to Cameron Delano last Wednesday at Blood4Blood.
Terrible (1-2 bare knuckle record) was knocked down three times and lost by third-round stoppage to Delano (2-0), a professional bullrider turned fighter.
It was a disappointing loss for Terrible, who not only fought but performed with Slaughter to Prevail and organised the event in collaboration with BKFC and Danny Wimmer Presents.
Posting on Instagram,
Terrible said he’ll be more prepared next time he steps in the ring.
“No excuses. He f__ked me up,” he wrote.
“I hate it. I’ve never been knocked out. Never even been dropped before. And this dude sat my ass down 3 times.”
“I f__king hate myself for that. But I look at myself like this and I don’t look away.”
Terrible, who has no amateur boxing or MMA pedigree, said he hasn’t been “professionally prepared” to fight, even though he’s faced pro fighters in his three bare knuckle bouts. He vowed to improve his training for his next fight.
“I wanna win. Next time I fight, I’m gonna treat this shit like a professional,” he wrote.
“Yeah… this is me. No filters. No excuses. I’ll be back stronger. I promised myself,” he said.
