Ring Announcer Jeff Houston Parts Ways With BKFC

Longtime BKFC ring announcer Jeff “Mr Live Worldwide” Houston has parted ways with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Houston announced his departure in an Instagram post.

“fter eight incredible years, @bareknucklefc and I have mutually agreed to part ways,” wrote Houston.

“Walking into the Squared Circle and hearing the roar of the crowd never stopped giving me chills. Being trusted to lend my voice to so many unforgettable nights is something I’ll always cherish. What started as an unknown opportunity back in Cheyenne, Wyoming at BKFC 1 became one of the greatest chapters of my professional life.”

Known for his funky outfits and booming baritone voice, the charismatic Houston has been a constant at BKFC events since the organisation’s inception, introducing fighters from Cancun to California and even crossing the pond to the UK to ring announce BKFC events in Newcastle, Birmingham and Manchester.

Prior to joining BKFC, Houston ring announced boxing, MMA and pro wrestling events. He plans to continue ring announcing, and thanked the fans for their support.

“To the fans, thank you for embracing me as “Mr Live Worldwide” and allowing me to be part of your fight night experience. Your energy, passion, and support made every event unforgettable. I’ll carry those memories with me forever,” he wrote.

“While it’s never easy to say goodbye to something that has meant so much, I do so with a heart full of gratitude, immense pride, and genuine excitement for whatever comes next. I’ll always look back on my time with BKFC with appreciation and respect.”

“Thank you for believing in me, for sharing this journey, and for making these years so memorable.”
