BKFC will hold a press conference, this Sunday 16 February, to officially announce its debut event in Italy.
BKFC Italy takes place on 26 April at the Palazzo Wanny in the city of Florence. DAZN will stream the event globally.
As previously reported, BKB legend Jimmy Sweeney faces rival Rico Franco in a trilogy fight in the co-main event.

Hosting Sunday’s press conference will be none other than BKFC co-owner and combat sports icon Conor McGregor. BKFC announced the Irish legend will be the host for the event.
Sunday’s press conference begins at 4pm local Florence time, which is 3pm in the UK and 10am EST. The presser streams live on the BKFC YouTube Channel and on the BKFC app.
BKFC President David Feldman is excited about the promotion’s debut in Italy.
“Italy has a wealth of BKFC fans and we are thrilled to make our promotional debut on April 26 as we continue our international expansion,” Feldman said in a press release.
“The rematch between Chris Camozzi and Lorenzo Hunt has all the makings of a ‘Fight of the Year’ clash. Our co-main event, the third fight between Rico Franco and Jimmy Sweeney matches two of the toughest bare-knuckle fighters from Europe.”
